Job description
Job Title: Creative Services Account Coordinator
Purpose: To coordinate the flow of artwork between departments and ensure customer and plant specifications are met.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and write up new and revised artwork for Flexible Packaging printing plants
Communicate and coordinate artwork between Internal Departments, Customers or Vendors, and Artists
Enter jobs into order entry systems (s) or other databases (s)
Basic knowledge of JDE to obtain the information needed to process art
Research and communicate information, specifications, and materials required for graphics orders
Provide artists or vendors with clear direction and special instructions for projects
Coordinate timelines, approvals, data transfers, asset management, and QC materials for each job
Follow up with internal departments to help ensure that jobs meet proof dates
Ensure art billing is correct before final billing of artwork
Consistently meet acceptable standards of quality and quantity
Contribute to department and corporate goals
Demonstrate a teamwork attitude
Maintain housekeeping
Qualifications:
Degree in Graphic Arts or Flexo Printing Technology or equivalent work experience is preferred but not required
Basic knowledge of Flexo printing preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail-oriented, and task-focused
Basic computer skills Experience with Mac OS and Windows along with associated software
Experience with Adobe Acrobat Suite
Experience with Microsoft Suite
Ability to identify and analyze a problem
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to pass a Color vision test within normal limits
Visual acuity of at least 20/50 for distance (corrected or uncorrected) and a minimal near vision ability to read 10 –12-point font at 12-18 i
