Job Description
Conducts familiarization trips, house tours to potential clients
Implements all policies, procedures of the hotel
Handles all related tasks of the file which was handed over by Convention Sales team from handover date till group check out
Assists the operational departments with a smooth flow of information received from client and makes sure the operation is a success
Issues necessary amendment files promptly in order to notify operations departments when there is a change in the BEO
Participates final billing process with accounting and front desk and makes sure that guest is charged correctly according to contract, BEOs and amendments
Conducts post-event interview with the guest and gets feedback about their event at the hotel
Qualifications
University Graduate (Tourism Management will be preferred)
Internship or similar experience in 5* international business hotels would be an asset
English (ability to interact and deal with foreign guests, agency representatives)
Able to work in flexible hours
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
