<p>Gain <strong>hands-on experience in SEA and Google Shopping</strong> as a Trainee SEA Manager in adstrong’s Affiliate Marketing team. <p>As your expertise grows, so will your responsibilities:</p>

<p><strong>Trainee SEA Manager (6–12 months) → Junior SEA Manager → SEA Manager → Senior SEA Manager → Challenge the boss!</strong></p>

<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>

<ul>

<li><strong>Campaign performance:</strong> Analyze and optimize international Google Shopping campaigns and learn what drives profitable growth.</li>

<li><strong>Client growth:</strong> Learn how to identify opportunities, improve performance and grow your client portfolio.</li>

<li><strong>Client onboarding:</strong> Coordinate the onboarding of new clients and make sure they get off to a strong start.</li>

<li><strong>Product feeds:</strong> Audit and enhance product data feeds to maximize campaign potential.</li>

<li><strong>Reporting &amp; analysis:</strong> Create and use reports to identify opportunities, understand performance and turn data into action.</li>

<li><strong>Client support:</strong> Work closely with our Partnerships Manager to answer client queries and solve performance-related issues.</li>

<li><strong>Team initiatives:</strong> Contribute your ideas and take an active role in quarterly team initiatives.</li>

<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>

<ul>

<li>A <strong>Master’s or Bachelor’s degree</strong> in business, economics, marketing, mathematics, science or another analytical field.</li>

<li>Business-professional <strong>German and fluent English</strong> (C1); additional languages, especially French, are a plus.</li>

<li>Strong <strong>analytical and numerical skills</strong>, including excellent <strong>MS Excel or Google Sheets</strong> knowledge.</li>

<li>Highly <strong>organized, detail-oriented</strong> and able to manage your time and priorities effectively in a remote setup.</li>

<li><strong>Proactive, quick to learn</strong> and ready to <strong>take ownership</strong> of your work.</li>

<li>Previous marketing or sales experience in the DACH market is a plus.</li>
