Supervise and coordinate construction engineers, site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Review engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents.

Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs, codes, standards, and project requirements.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.

Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and construction schedules.

Identify construction risks, delays, and technical problems and implement corrective actions.

Review and approve technical submissions, material requests, RFIs, and inspection documentation.

Ensure effective quality control and compliance with HSE requirements.

Support project planning, resource allocation, cost control, and forecasting.

Lead site meetings and provide technical guidance to the construction team.

Monitor contractors' performance and ensure work is completed according to contractual requirements.

Review progress reports, engineering documentation, and as-built records.

Support testing, commissioning, completion, and project handover activities.

Mentor junior engineers and develop the technical capabilities of the construction team.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.

8–12+ years of relevant construction experience, depending on project complexity.

Proven experience leading construction teams and major projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, quality requirements, and HSE practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in relevant engineering and project-management software.
