You'll lead a dynamic team, cultivate a member-focused culture, and ensure Altana continues to be a trusted financial partner in the community. Your key responsibilities will include:</p><p>✔ Lead, coach, and develop branch team members to deliver exceptional member service<br>✔ Supervise teller operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and friendly service at the front line<br>✔ Monitor and manage daily cash operations, including vault balancing, drawer audits, and ensuring compliance with cash handling policies<br>✔ Provide consumer lending services to our members, including loan interviews, processing, and approvals within authority<br>✔ Ensure branch compliance with all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements<br>✔ Maintain branch security and risk management, including opening/closing procedures and safety protocols<br>✔ Foster a positive, productive work environment that supports collaboration, accountability, and individual growth<br>✔ Handle escalated member concerns or complex transactions with professionalism and care<br>✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with members, supporting their long-term financial goals<br>✔ Actively participate in community engagement and networking opportunities to promote Altana&rsquo;s presence<br>✔ Promote Altana&rsquo;s Mission, Vision, and Core Values in every interaction</p><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><p>We&rsquo;re seeking a proactive and people-focused leader with strong knowledge of consumer lending and financial services. Our ideal candidate will have:</p><p>✔ Three to five years of consumer lending experience preferred<br>✔ Three to five years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the financial industry<br>✔ Strong understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements<br>✔ Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams<br>✔ Knowledge of branch operations, teller duties, and cash handling procedures<br>✔ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills<br>✔ A member-first mindset and a passion for helping others achieve financial success</p><h2>Why You'll Love Working Here</h2><p>At Altana, you're joining more than an organization.
