Job description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support for adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues.
Establish open lines of communication for individuals.
Implement/enforce house rules.
Transport clients with company vehicle.
Supervise clients on outings.
Group facilitation.
Maintain cleanliness of facility.
Ensure necessary documentation is complete.
Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED: Must have a valid Idaho Driver’s License in good standing.
REQUIRED: Must be minimum 21 years of age.
REQUIRED: Must pass background check.
REQUIRED: Must pass drug screening.
REQUIRED: Must be able to climb up and down stairs, hills, bend and lift 25+lbs
Enhanced Clearance with Idaho Health & Welfare (preferred- will be required to obtain)
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred- will be required to obtain)
Current TB test (will be required to obtain)

SCHEDULES
We are hiring PRN staff for both dayshift and overnight. We run 12 hour shifts 6a-6p or 6p-6a and 7a-7p or 7p-7a.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
12 hour shift
Day shift
Overnight shift
Please Note: Overnight positions are awake shifts . Staff are required to remain awake and alert throughout the entire shift to provide continuous supervision.
Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Behavioral health: 1 year (Preferred)
