Job description
Responsibilities Prepare and present a wide range of cold dishes, salads, and appetizers.
Ensure the consistent quality and taste of all cold kitchen items.
Create unique and innovative cold dishes that highlight seasonal ingredients.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cold kitchen area.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
