Description
The Lacrosse Enrichment Instructor is responsible for delivering structured sports programming to groups of young children between 1st-5th grade following B.E.S.T. curriculum guidelines. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a commitment to providing an excellent experience for participants and their families.

Work Environment:
Weekday Classes are on school campus after school
Class length is 1 hour and may be held indoors or outdoors based on location and season.
Physical activity required, including standing, running, and participating in sports drills.
Travel between multiple class locations may be required based on scheduling.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to physically participate in sports activities.
Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 40 pounds).
Ability to stand, move, and be physically active for extended periods.

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and instruct sports classes, camps, and/or clinics for children grades 1st-5th.
Implement and follow B.E.S.T. lesson plans and coaching techniques.
Maintain a fun, positive, and supportive learning environment.
Ensure the safety and supervision of all participants at all times.
Set up, organize, and break down equipment as needed before and after classes.
Communicate effectively and professionally with parents, teammates, and supervisors.
Complete required class check-ins, reporting, and attendance tracking.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Represent B.E.S.T. values and uphold a high standard of customer service.
