What You Will Do
Run residential service calls in Delaware, Marysville, Sunbury, Powell and nearby.
Diagnose the problem, give the homeowner clear options using our StraightForward Pricing®, and do the work.
Water heaters (tank and tankless), softeners and filtration, drains and sewers, leak detection, fixtures, re-pipes and gas piping.
Offer our membership on every call.
Work from a fully stocked "Warehouse on Wheels" truck so most jobs are done on the first visit.
What We Are Looking For
$1M+ in annual sales as a service plumber, or a proven path to it.
3+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
Strong communication. You build trust and present options honestly.
Coachable and ready to run a proven system.
Clean-cut, drug-free and on time.
Valid driver’s license with a clean record. Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Pay
Commission on what you sell and install, or hourly pay, whichever is greater.
Top techs earn $150,000 to $220,000 a year.
