Bish's RV is looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their customers. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing company that doesn't require a degree. You'll be an essential part of the team, helping to keep things running smoothly.
Job description
As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for all customers entering the dealership and managing their experience with Bish’s RV while on-site to ensure the best experience possible.
Responsibilities
Greet customers
Answering phone calls and rerouting to appropriate departments
Oversee Customer Delivery Experience assuring satisfaction
Develop and maintain a positive interactive purchasing experience for families
Assist with manufacturer warranty registrations
Assist with online postings and photos
Will double as Delivery Coordinator
Connect to new customers coming in for delivery
Coordinate with orientation
Service and parts walk
Finance meeting
What you’ll bring
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to move throughout the dealership to assist with various tasks
Helping during company events
Strong computer skills
Availability to work weekends as needed
An awesome attitude
The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Ability to pass a background and drug test
