Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome prospective families and conduct needs-based admissions consultations.
• Lead engaging campus tours and present facilities, curriculum, student experience and school vision.
• Explain admissions, fees, safety, transport and academic offerings accurately.
• Convert campus visits into applications and confirmed admissions with thoughtful follow-ups.
• Organise open houses, orientations and parent engagement sessions.
• Coordinate with inside sales, academics, finance and administration.
• Maintain CRM records, application documents and visit-to-enrolment reporting.
Qualifications
Candidate Profile
• 3–9 years in school admissions, premium education, counselling or relationship-led sales.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and parent-handling skills.
• Professional communication in English; Kannada and Hindi desirable.
• Strong ownership of admissions conversion and parent experience.
