Job description
Maintenance Director needed at Adara Living, Broomfield CO. General job responsibilities include:
A general understanding for the repair and maintenance of serviceable machinery
Ensuring that Maintenance schedules are followed as outlined
a general knowledge of fire and safety procedures/protocols
performing routine maintenance and repair on facility grounds
Service and maintenance of facility heat and air conditioning units, equipment, and any and all other duties as directed by the NHA.
