Job Purpose:
To effectively implement the developed internal communication plan to support the delivery of strategic messages, provide employees with regular, meaningful and consistent information about the bank’s strategy, achievement and relevant updates to enhance employees’ strategic understanding and loyalty.
Job Description:
1. Implement the agreed upon internal communication plan through handling all relevant logistics, quality of execution & relevant messages to ensure clarity of communication in alignment with the set timeframes to strengthen employees’ engagement.
2. Request & review, business content, and other material while ensuring consistency, clarity and alignment with internal guidelines and direction.
3. Stay informed and aware of organizational operations and initiatives in order to identify areas where additional internal communication is needed.
4. Develop internal communication plan execution status reports to be used in measuring performance and recommending changes.
5. Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organizing and education to capture the attention of the target audience
6. Work closely with the community manager to enhance the existing work place through innovating different marketing/branding tools in order to give the employees an edge that boosts their productivity and morale, increase the level of different business objectives understating and attracts increasingly the diverse audiences
7. Execute the launch of all internal campaigns including but not limited to planning, briefing, ordering all the required materials, giveaways, activations and events to ensure outstanding production quality to enhance CIB internal & external brand image in alignment with the set budget
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
Required Years of Experience:
For Specialist: Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
Skills
Excellent command of English and Arabic languages
Interpersonal and communication skills
Writing and reports development
