Job Description:
Perform technical requests either remotely or at customer site to meet business and customer requirements.
Answer calls from users and perform remote technical support throughout APAC locations
Documents and reports on work completed to ensure compliance with Company and Customer Procedures.
Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met.
Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure consistent experience
Contributes to identifying own development needs
Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation
Ensure Department /Contract meets SLA performance targets
Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels
Understand and adhere to policies and procedures
Job requirements:
Min 3-5 years working experience as Onsite Engineer
Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops and printers
Experience with ticketing system (Service Now)
Candidate with shift and helpdesk work experience will be added advantage.
Works under close supervision. Uses little discretion.
Works well in a team locally and throughout APAC locations
Able to follow instructions and procedures
Able to adapt to new/changing processes
Uses information systems, technology functions and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role
Demonstrates customer service experience
Good interpersonal skills, literacy and numeracy skills
Work Location: Centrepoint North, Mid Valley City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur
Shift Hour: Mon- Fri, 8am - 5pm; 3pm - 12am (during daylight savings, 4pm-1am) and Public Holiday
