Field Sales Representative | National Broadband Ireland (NBI) Full training is provided. Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
Join CPM Ireland as a Sales Representative on behalf of National Broadband Ireland (NBI), helping bring high-speed fibre broadband to homes and communities across the country.

What We Offer €28,000 - €30,000 Basic Salary (DOE)
Uncapped Commission with €12,000+ OTE
Company-branded van or €6,000 car allowance
Fuel card provided
€7 daily lunch allowance
Company tablet and mobile phone
Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm
No weekend work
What You'll Be Doing Managing your own designated sales territory
Meeting homeowners face-to-face and promoting NBI broadband solutions
Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
Accurately submitting daily activity and sales reports
Planning efficient sales routes and managing leads effectively
Maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer care
Becoming an expert in NBI's products, services, and installation process
Completing customer applications accurately and efficiently
Ensuring customers fully understand their journey from sign-up through to connection
Experience That Would Be Beneficial Door-to-door or field sales experience
Knowledge of NBI or the telecommunications industry
Territory management and lead generation experience
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
