Job description
Property Management Analyst I
Description of work and responsibilities
Analyze and maintain property and inventory records; compile monthly metrics and asset tracking information.
Support Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness activities and preparation for compliance reviews.
Review material and asset financial records, capital improvement project records and new procurements; identify issues for Government consideration.
Research receipt, inventory and disposition discrepancies; recommend corrections and retain supporting documentation.
Prepare project reports, spreadsheets and presentations; support process, quality and records management improvements.
Required skills and qualifications
More than 3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to perform the duties above and use applicable Government systems, SOPs and records controls.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Additional Requirements
Must possess an active SECRET security clearance
