How you will Make an Impact
As a Senior Accounts Executive in the Finance Team your main tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
Posting daily transactions in the firm’s ERP system, accounting system and preparing account reconciliations
Processing client and engagement requests in the firm’s ERP system
Preparing bank payments and bank reconciliations
Liaising with various departments within Deloitte and answering calls from staff
Answering calls from clients and suppliers and resolving queries
Ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures
Compiling ad hoc reports as requested by management

Your Specialized skills:
Good command of spoken and written English
Minimum secondary education certificate
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Have strong negotiating, analytical and communication skills
Highly committed, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and within a team
Well versed in MS Office applications in particular excel;
