About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and

result-oriented Sales Executive with 2–6 years of relevant sales

experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, understanding

customer requirements, providing suitable product recommendations, maintaining

strong customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Greet

and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Understand

customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Drive

sales and achieve individual as well as assigned business targets.

Handle

billing, POS operations and cash transactions accurately, wherever

applicable.

Monitor

inventory levels and coordinate with the concerned team regarding stock

availability.

Address

customer queries, complaints and escalations effectively.

Promote

new products, offers and promotional activities.

Maintain

proper product display and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.

Maintain

customer records and prepare daily sales reports as required.

Support

sales operations and participate in promotional and customer engagement

activities.

Develop

and maintain positive relationships with existing customers.

Coordinate

with internal teams to ensure timely availability of products and smooth

customer service.

Follow

up on customer enquiries and potential sales opportunities.

Required Skills

Strong

understanding of retail sales operations and customer handling.

Basic

Qualification

Graduate

materials, engineering products, automotive, consumer durables,

electronics, FMCG or other retail sectors may be considered.
