Job Description
Prepare initial contracts and change orders based on project requirements.
Support contract negotiations and serve as the main client contact for smaller opportunities.
Manage contract administration and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.
Review contracts and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor budget variances and support contract amendments and renewals.
Provide updates on contract status and negotiations.
Prepare contract budgets and maintain sales tracking records.
Distribute executed contracts and maintain documentation in SharePoint.
Prioritize workload effectively and deliver against tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Ideally a Bachelor's degree finance, business management or a life science field
Work experience in a similar industry
Strong initiative to learn
Strong English written and oral communication skills
Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel to intermediate level
Proven ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
Ability to manage relationships and communicate with senior managers and directors
Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential
