About the Role:
Join the Tovar Logistics Inc. FedEx Ground team at our Fullerton Station and become a key part of one of the world's most recognized delivery networks! We're looking for reliable, motivated drivers to hit the road and deliver smiles — starting at a competitive $20–$25 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a delivery vehicle along assigned routes in the Fullerton, CA area
Load, sort, and organize packages for efficient daily delivery
Scan and track packages using FedEx delivery technology and handheld devices
Deliver and pick up residential and commercial packages in a timely manner
Obtain signatures and confirm deliveries per FedEx Ground protocols
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized delivery vehicle
Communicate effectively with dispatch and station management regarding route updates or issues
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs regularly
Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines
Comfortable driving in various weather and traffic conditions in Southern California
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Prior delivery or driving experience is a plus but not required
Looking for peak season drivers for November and December busy holiday package delivery season.
