If you love building strategic partnerships, driving growth for top-tier clients, and turning data into game-changing insights—this role has your name on it.
At FCM, we combine cutting-edge technology with a people-centric mindset to transform our clients' travel programmes. Globally & locally connected, fun & energetic, flexible, and a little unconventional; that's our FCM way!
About the Opportunity
As an Account Manager, you'll be the strategic driver behind our most important client relationships, managing complex multinational travel programs and delivering winning strategies that drive retention, growth, and value. You'll work with C-Suite stakeholders, lead program optimisation initiatives, and be the trusted advisor clients turn to for innovation and results. We are looking for a client-centric relationship builder with strong commercial acumen who is ready to make a real impact in a highly visible role and thrive in a fast and dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
Manage regional travel program performance and lead complex multinational client programs to drive retention and growth
Build strategic partnerships with C-Suite stakeholders, procurement executives, and preferred suppliers
Own program success through governance, structure, and relationship building—be the driver of change
Identify opportunities for program efficiencies, process improvements and innovations that deliver value
Ensure program compliance, capture leakages and provide competitive insights
Execute and negotiate contractual obligations to achieve agreed outcomes for all parties
Lead webinars, customer reviews and workshops with industry expertise and market intelligence
Analyse data, generate reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Execute strategies seamlessly across functions, geographies, and time zones
Who We're Looking For
3+ years in post-sales B2B roles with multinational companies globally, OR 5-8 years in regional account management
A relationship builder who connects authentically at all levels—from travel managers to C-Suite executives
Track record of client success with excellent communication skills that influence and drive change
Strong analytics and data interpretation skills with a solution-focused mindset
Self-motivated with personal excellence, resilience and optimism in changing circumstances
Excellent team player who collaborates across functions and geographies
TMC experience? Great! (But if not, no worries — we can teach that!)
