This is a fantastic remote opportunity to join a growing AI company, FlowX.AI, as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. You'll be instrumental in ensuring our enterprise clients achieve maximum value from our innovative AI solutions, making a real impact on their success. This role offers significant growth potential within a forward-thinking organization.

Job description

FlowX.AI is an agentic AI platform for large-scale, mission-critical applications. We started in regulated industries - banking and insurance - and have successfully landed major deals in government and defense. We're now expanding into new verticals including logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction.

Our platform enables large organizations to deploy, run, and monitor mission-critical AI agents at scale. We provide the governance layers and robustness that AI agents need to operate reliably across the most important business processes.

Mission

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, your role is to be the strategic partner and primary point of accountability for your enterprise customers — ensuring they realize measurable value from FlowX, expand their usage over time, and stay aligned with the transformation roadmap set by their executives. You own the relationship end-to-end: from adoption and delivery oversight, to expansion, to renewal.

What you would do on a daily basis

Own the customer relationship lifecycle — build and execute account success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, run Quarterly Business Reviews, and act as the primary conduit between the customer and FlowX

Track and assess customer progress against their transformation roadmap, identifying friction points and blockers early, and driving them to resolution before momentum is lost

Identify untapped use cases and lines of business — partnering with customers to find new applications for FlowX across departments, teams, and workflows

Drive adoption through change management — Train-the-Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement that make usage self-sustaining

Own delivery and support oversight for your accounts — ensuring tickets are resolved within contracted SLAs, and collaborating closely with the FlowX Product and Engineering teams to drive fast resolution of platform issues

Monitor account health and usage against licensed capacity, flagging risk early and building mitigation plans before it threatens renewal

Keep customer and internal teams aligned on expectations, KPIs, and executive priorities — translating strategic goals into on-the-ground execution

Feed customer insights back into FlowX's product and go-to-market priorities — you are a direct voice in shaping what we build next

Who you are

5+ years of experience delivering complex IT projects or managing enterprise customer relationships, ideally in financial services or other regulated industries

A good technical foundation — comfortable working directly with engineers and product teams, and able to speak credibly about integrations, platform architecture, and implementation patterns

Experience driving success across enterprise licensing and usage models, with an understanding of how adoption and expansion are measured and grown

A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to distill complexity into actionable insights and account plans

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written and spoken), able to operate credibly from technical teams up to executive sponsors

Confidence aligning executive priorities with on-the-ground execution, and comfortable owning outcomes — not just relationships

A bias toward action — comfortable bringing order to ambiguity and rolling up your sleeves

What's in it for you

Joining a product company in such early stages means you are invited to leave a print on the evolution of both the business and the product

Work directly with the tech and business leadership of major European enterprises — banks, insurers, and beyond — to transform how they run mission-critical operations

Direct involvement in further building the team and the culture, including shaping how the Customer Success function itself is defined at FlowX

Early-stage equity package to be considered
