Job description
🚛 TEAM CDL-A DRIVERS
💰 $10,000 SPLIT SIGN-ON BONUS
$5,000 PER DRIVER
💵 PAY
Average $2,200/week per driver when running 5,000 miles
Top earners: $115,000+ annually
Split CPM based on verified experience: 3 months — $0.82 split / $0.41 each
6 months — $0.84 split / $0.42 each
9 months — $0.86 split / $0.43 each
12 months — $0.88 split / $0.44 each
24+ months — $0.90 split / $0.45 each
🎁 $10,000 SPLIT SIGN-ON BONUS
$5,000 per driver
$1,000 after first load
$1,000 at 30 days
$1,000/month for the next 3 months
🚚 JOB DETAILS
Out 1 week → home for 34-hour reset
Runs all 48 states
No NYC or boroughs
Drop & hook freight
Customer-planned, preassigned weekly lanes
Must live within 100 miles of your team partner
Must be available 5.5 days to run
Must meet on-time delivery and service expectations
