Support the Site Agent with planning, coordinating and resourcing site activities to meet programme requirements.

Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to help ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

Prepare, review and implement RAMS and ITPs, ensuring works meet the required specification, quality and inspection standards.

Provide guidance and support to members of the site engineering team, including delegating tasks and sharing knowledge with less experienced engineers.

Monitor progress through programme controls, coordination meetings and short-, medium- and long-term lookaheads.

Maintain accurate site records and documentation, including QA records, as-built information, RFIs, TQs and test results.

Work closely with commercial colleagues to support cost control, reporting, early warnings, compensation events and snag management.

Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors and other project stakeholders, adapting your approach to different audiences and working styles.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

Is committed to safe working practices and maintaining high standards of quality.

Can read and interpret drawings, data and technical information and apply this effectively on site.

Has strong setting-out skills using Level, EDM and GPS, alongside relevant civil engineering experience.

Can organise and prioritise their own work, while supporting others to deliver shared project objectives.

Demonstrates leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Takes a collaborative approach and is comfortable working with people from different disciplines and levels of experience.

Is willing to learn, share knowledge and support the development of colleagues.

Holds, or is working towards, an NVQ Level 3 or above, and has SMSTS and CSCS certification.
