The successful candidate will combine a technical understanding of mining and resource projects with strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">This is a hands-on principal investing role. The Analyst will work across the full life cycle of a transaction, from origination and diligence through structuring, execution and post-investment asset management, with direct exposure to senior management and regular travel to operations.</span></p><p><strong><u><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"><br>The Opportunity:</span></u></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">• </span></strong><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;">Principal capital, not advisory.
