Position Overview
As a Gohfr Contractor Driver, you’ll pick up items from the local service center and deliver them directly to locations located within a 1-hour radius. Deliveries can occur at all hours of the day and early evenings.
This is an ideal position for independent drivers looking to supplement their income through flexible, meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up goods from the client’s service center
Deliver to locations promptly and professionally within a ~100-mile range
Respond to on-demand delivery alerts through the Gohfr driver app
Handle goods and items with care and follow delivery protocols
Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
Maintain professional, conscious conduct during deliveries
Communicate with Gohfr and clients regarding any delivery issues or delays
Qualifications
21+ years of age
Reliable vehicle: car, SUV, or truck
Own a smartphone (iOS or Android) with data plan for using the Gohfr app
Valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL not required)
3+ years of proven driving/delivery experience (medical or gig economy preferred)
Experience with other gig platforms (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, Amazon Flex) highly desirable
Pass criminal and motor vehicle background checks
Strong customer service and communication skills
Fluent in English (bilingual drivers welcome)
Maintain vehicle insurance, registration, and inspection
Submit a completed IRS Form W-9 for 1099 contract classification
Professional appearance and current profile photo in app
Additional Considerations
Ability to lift and transport packages up to 50 lbs
Comfortable driving in all weather conditions
Reliable availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong navigation skills and professionalism are a must
