You will empower the team through coaching and training, while managing your restaurant's P&L. Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
Previous success in meeting KPI’s
Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
