Job Summary
The RN/LPN provides direct nursing care for individual clients and families. The RN/LPN communicates with and on behalf of the client and coordinates client care with all health team members. The RN/LPN organizes those aspects of nursing care for which s/he is accountable in a specified work period.

Requirements
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse or LPN in South Dakota
BLS- required
Following a formal orientation, proficiency in the assigned clinical area is expected within six months.
Failure to comply with standards of nursing care of HRMC may result in consequences to continued employment.
Cross training is required.
Working Conditions
Requires frequent walking, standing, sitting, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, feeling, talking, hearing, and moderate exertion/ lifting of clients or equipment.
