About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on AI Product Manager to own and drive key capabilities across our enterprise AI platform, including AI agents, knowledge, integrations, and automated workflows.

Collaborate closely with R&D, Architecture, AI, and Design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Drive product strategy, roadmap priorities, and decisions based on customer feedback, business impact, and product metrics.
Work directly with enterprise customers, including government and regulated organizations, and present product capabilities and direction to key stakeholders.

Proven experience delivering AI/GenAI products to production, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or AI automation, with an understanding of AI limitations, evaluation methods, and guardrails.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with R&D, Design, and business teams.
Experience working with large enterprise customers and technical stakeholders.
Strong UX orientation, particularly in designing intuitive and trustworthy AI experiences.
Practical experience with AI tools, including prototyping, experimentation, or prompt and context design.
Strong product discovery, prioritization, and end-to-end product ownership skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Excellent written and spoken English and Hebrew.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with hybrid, on-premises, or air-gapped deployments.
Experience with developer-facing products, APIs, SDKs, MCP, or integration platforms.
Experience in government, defense, finance, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Background in software engineering, system architecture, data engineering, or AI/ML.
SQL knowledge.
Strong technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and enterprise security principles.
