Receive, move, exchange, and store liquid nitrogen containers and compressed gas cylinders in accordance with required training and company procedures; monitor consumption and supply levels, coordinate replenishment and deliveries, and develop contingency arrangements for delays or unexpected demand.
Assess building and facility requests, identify appropriate service contacts, coordinate vendor access and maintenance support; prioritize and escalate safety and infrastructure concerns based on urgency and operational impact, and refer laboratory equipment service requests to the appropriate internal team.
Coordinate workspace setup and support physical relocations within established project plans, arranging logistics with internal teams and service providers to minimize operational disruption.
Evaluate facilities service costs and vendor performance, investigate recurring service issues, and recommend corrective actions or alternative providers; develop and implement approved improvements to facilities procedures, service tracking, and records.
