Job description
Job Purpose:
To ensure the effective review and implementation of electromechanical works across projects, in line with approved designs, technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements, while optimizing cost and efficiency.
Key Resposabilities:
Review electromechanical designs and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Review technical specifications and BOQs.
Review contractors' technical offers and conduct price analysis.
Follow up on project execution and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors regarding technical matters.
Evaluate materials and systems based on cost, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
5–7 years of relevant experience in electromechanical projects.
Strong experience in MEP design and implementation.
Good knowledge of BOQs, technical specifications, and tendering.
Experience in reviewing technical offers and evaluating electromechanical systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
