How You'll Make an Impact
Depending on your background, you'll step into one of the following:
Business Development: Assess incoming client inquiries and build pricing and feasibility proposals for new research projects.
Client & Panel Member Relations: resolve panel member disputes, payment issues, and support questions.
Panel Management: maintain panel member profiles and data, and serve as a first point of contact for panel members.
Scheduling: schedule, confirm, and adjust participant interviews for qualitative research studies.
Project Management: lead research projects from planning through closeout, owning scope, budget, and timeline.
Qualitative Project Management: lead complex qualitative studies end to end and coach project teams.

What We're Looking For
Based in Bosnia & Herzegovina and able to work Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Eastern Time
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and quick to learn new systems
Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Adept working within structured processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
High school diploma or equivalent required (a few roles call for a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience)
Comfortable in a remote, computer-based role involving extended screen time and regular calls; reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities
Experience in market research, healthcare, or regulated environments is a bonus.
Competent leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and increase speed without compromising data integrity or participant experience
Professional fluency and strong written and verbal communication skills in English required. French, Italian, Spanish, or other language skillsare a bonus.
