Position Overview: LCG is seeking a Power Platform Solution Architect / Senior Developer an opportunity supporting the assessment, design, development, and modernization of enterprise business applications built on Microsoft Power Platform.

The successful candidate will evaluate the current solution environment, design scalable architectures, and develop modern Power Platform applications that improve business processes and user experience.
The primary focus is Power Platform development, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces is highly desired, as the architect will help deliver solutions that are both technically sound and easy for business users to adopt.
While familiarity with SharePoint Online is beneficial, it is considered a supporting technology rather than a primary requirement. Candidates with strong Power Platform expertise and modern application development experience are encouraged to apply regardless of their SharePoint depth.
The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and technical leadership to modernize existing applications, establish development standards, and provide practical architectural recommendations that can be implemented immediately by the development team.

Design REST APIs, custom connectors, and integration services where appropriate.
