This is a highly collaborative role that combines deal operations, governance, pipeline analysis, reporting, resource planning, and project coordination to drive operational excellence and successful customer outcomes.
You will report to the Director, WW Global & Strategic Accounts, ISS, working with teams across regions, cultures, and time zones to support Lenovo's growing services business.
What You Will Do:
Deal Qualification
Review and qualify incoming opportunities, ensuring deal information is accurate, complete, and aligned with qualification criteria while identifying business requirements, risks, and next steps.
Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to define deal scope, objectives, customer needs, expected deliverables, and route opportunities to the appropriate stakeholders for further assessment and capability validation.
Deal Governance
Act as a governance expert and trusted advisor, driving adherence to governance frameworks across sales and delivery activities through stakeholder support, training, and process advocacy.
Manage and coordinate all key deal reviews throughout the lifecycle, including Deal Qualification Reviews, Deal Reviews, Contract Reviews, Win/Loss Reviews, Solution Handovers, and approval workflows.
Develop and maintain Deal Desk tools, templates, audit programs, and compliance processes to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, Delegation of Authority (DoA) requirements, and continuous process improvements.
Pipeline Analysis & Utilization Monitoring
Create, analyze, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to track pipeline health, deal performance, revenue splits, win/loss ratios, utilization levels, and other key business KPIs.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, support project setup and resource assignment, facilitate pipeline and staffing reviews, and help delivery teams prepare for successful deal handovers.
Deal Deployment
Lead the deployment of complex deals by creating rollout action plans, coordinating cross-functional ISS and service delivery teams, defining scope and deliverables, managing milestones and rollout activities, ensuring governance and compliance, monitoring risks, driving issue resolution, and maintaining deployment tools, templates, audits, and resource readiness throughout execution.
What You Will Bring:
Previous Deal Desk or bid response management experience is a must, with a strong understanding of deal qualification, approvals, governance processes, and sales support within a services organization.
3-5 years of experience in information technology, business operations, sales operations, Deal Desk, bid management, or a related commercial operations environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Experience working with tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Codata to support reporting, pipeline management, and business decision-making.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for analysis, reporting, presentations, and documentation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
