Intern ‐ Lean Enterprise
(Based at Embilipitiya)

Key Responsibilities:
Support Team Leader and Group Leader functions in daily operations.
Support plant‐wide 5S activities, audits, and improvement initiatives.
Support Lean, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement projects.
Support KPI monitoring and performance improvement initiatives.
Collect and analyze production and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
Knowledge and Skills:
Final year undergraduate or a fresh graduate in Physical Science, Management, Statistics, Mathematics.
Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
Good communication skills and team working.
Basic knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
