Responsibilities

As a Field Supervisor , you will support Comcast maintenance technician work, node splits, Comcast Genesis, and Comcast system upgrades.

In addition, you will:

Give direction to multiple crews and their job-site activities

Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom

Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers

Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture

Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects

Qualifications

About You:

Must be familiar with Comcast Genesis, node splits, and Comcast maintenance technician work

You have a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a DOT Med card for driving purposes (Applicants are subject to an MVR review and must meet company standards for a safe driving record)

Must be comfortable with possible travel, on-call rotation and night work

You have a strong telecom construction background with emphasis on Charter Spectrum and Optimum projects

You have proven experience supervising multiple crews and subcontractors simultaneously

You have extensive knowledge of aerial and underground fiber construction practices

You have strong quality control and project auditing experience

You have the ability to enforce safety standards, customer specifications, and production expectations

You have experience coordinating with customers, project managers, engineering, and permitting teams

You are proficient with construction reporting, project documentation, and closeout packages

Compensation: $26-$37/hour depending on experience.
