You'll work across multiple manufacturing areas, including Contract Manufacturing, Machine Shop, Sharpening, and Quality. Depending on business needs, you might be operating CNC equipment, troubleshooting a mechanical issue, assisting with machine repairs, or helping Engineering improve a manufacturing process. You'll be both a hands-on manufacturing professional and a technical resource for the team.

Manufacturing Operations: Work across Contract Manufacturing, Machine Shop, Sharpening, and Quality departments based on daily production priorities.

Process Improvement: Participate in developing, testing, and implementing new manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.

Quality & Precision: Use precision measuring instruments to inspect components, monitor quality, and ensure products meet specifications.

Root Cause Analysis: Investigate production and equipment issues and support corrective and preventive actions.

Preventive Maintenance: Assist with routine equipment maintenance and upkeep to maintain safe and reliable operations.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, equipment performance, and manufacturing costs.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to solve problems and support production goals.

Training & Support: Assist coworkers with equipment operation, troubleshooting, and manufacturing best practices.

Documentation: Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and process records.
