Key Responsibilities Deliver premium-level support to French-speaking clients through omnichannel communication including email, chat, and phone.

Resolve complex inquiries and technical issues with efficiency and empathy to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate and authoritative information to end-users.

Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
