The Specialist reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications and serves Human Resources and service center leadership as primary internal clients. The role is a collaborative, hands-on role that blends project a project management mindset and discipline with high levels of creativity. Success requires strong writing, sound judgment with confidential and regulated information, and the ability to make technical material easy to act on for a workforce of drivers, technicians, dispatchers, and office teammates who spend most of the workday away from a desk.
Essential Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the employer value proposition, messaging framework, and visual standards for all recruiting materials; ensure every posting, flyer, advertisement, and event display speaks in one Reliant voice and reflects the Safety, Community, Integrity, and Service principles.
Plan and run recruitment marketing campaigns and channels. Build and execute campaign calendars across job boards, paid social, search, radio, print, community partnerships, and the teammate referral program; manage budget, vendors, and creative; maintain careers site content, service center location pages, testimonials, and the photo and video library; track cost per applicant and cost per hire by channel and move spend to what works.
