Pay: $60,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Position Overview:
We are looking for driven and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team. Whether you're experienced in automotive sales or looking to break into the industry, we provide the training, support, and career path to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and lifestyle
Build relationships and provide top-tier customer experience from start to finish
Conduct product presentations and test drives
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong customer pipeline
Stay informed on current inventory, features, and promotions
Work collaboratively with team members and management
Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Automotive sales experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Compensation:
