Your Role
Help Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat
Answer questions and assist with customer requests
Provide guidance on products, services or technical matters, depending on the project
Deliver friendly and professional customer support
Collaborate with colleagues in a multicultural working environment
You will receive training designed for your assigned position, helping you build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.
Requirements
Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken
Good command of English
At least 18 years old
Eligible to work in Greece
Comfortable using computers and digital tools
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Willingness to relocate to Greece
