A green thumb is all you need, we’ll take care of the rest.
As we continue to grow steadily, we’re looking for a new team member to join us as a gardener for the Berlin region. Whether you already have experience with plants or are just starting out in this field, you’ll learn everything you need with us, directly on the job.
As part of our team, you’ll work independently in offices across the Berlin region and take care of our plants so they always look as beautiful as on the first day. In addition to regular maintenance rounds, you’ll also help set up new projects. In this varied role, you’ll get to know many different offices and make a meaningful contribution to the health and well-being of employees.

Your profile
No gardening training required; we’ll teach you everything you need
Category B driver’s license (you’ll travel by car between the different sites)
Good observational skills
Ability to work independently and in an organized way
Versatility and a down-to-earth attitude
Friendly, pleasant manner and good manners
Manual dexterity
Good level of English
