Position Overview

The Director of Benefits Operations leads the teams that deliver that experience behind the scenes: Third-Party Administration (TPA) services, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementation and maintenance, and COBRA administration. The majority of the role focuses on TPA operations, including carrier and vendor relationships, eligibility and enrollment accuracy, and service quality.

Benefits Administration is a core part of Paylocity's HR suite and underpins our broker channel sales strategy. This leader sets the vision and structure for the function, builds the controls and KPIs that keep it accurate and compliant, and works with systems development teams to build the capabilities customers need.
