Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Engineer to manage interior fit-out projects, coordinate with design and execution teams, and ensure that all interior works are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise interior fit-out works, including civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, and plumbing works.
Read and interpret interior design drawings, working drawings, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to the project schedule.
Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare material requirements, site reports, and work progress updates.
Monitor material usage, wastage, and site expenses.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve them.
Conduct site inspections and ensure proper finishing and workmanship.

Required Qualifications
