Community Health Screener – RN/LPN

General Summary/Responsibilities:

The Community Health Screener is a PRN position that provides wellness services and education within the community including but not limited to:

• Seasonal flu vaccinations

• Fingerstick screenings

• Other screenings including, but not limited to, Blood Pressure, Hearing, and Body Mass Index

This position might require evening or weekend availabilities. Screenings occasionally may take place outdoors.

Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree

Additional requirements:

 Type of degree: Associates or Bachelors

 Area of study or major: Nursing

Licensure/Certification/Registration

 Current Ohio RN or LPN License, required.

 Current American Heart CPR certification, preferred
