Job description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Revenue Data Entry Specialist to maintain accurate revenue and billing records, manage supporting reports, and ensure data is complete, consistent, and ready for internal review.
Experience in high-volume data entry, preferably in finance, billing, or revenue.
Strong Excel skills, including SUM, IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning, formatting, and de-duplication.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and documentation.
Ability to follow SOPs, validate data, and flag discrepancies.
Comfortable handling confidential financial data and meeting recurring reporting deadlines.
