Principia is seeking an Accountant (1-Year Fixed-Term Contract), in Athens, Greece.

Perform vendor, customer and general ledger account reconciliations
Prepare and monitor monthly accruals for revenues and expenses
Process bank postings and perform bank reconciliations
Perform Asset Accounting activities, including asset master data maintenance, capitalizations, settlements, depreciation runs and reconciliations
Participate in month-end closing and Group reporting processes
Support the preparation of financial statements under IFRS
Participate in finance integration and migration activities related to mergers and acquisitions
Support external auditors during annual and interim audit procedures
Support ad hoc finance and accounting projects as required
What we search in you:
3+ years of relevant accounting experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Experience with SAP ERP systems will be considered an asset
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Οrganizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
