We're Hiring – Assistant Controller
A publicly traded medical device manufacturing company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join its Finance team.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and applicable securities regulations.
Perform ongoing financial reporting controls and support SOX compliance processes.
Prepare corporate tax reports and related filings.
Oversee, supervise, and support day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and reporting.
Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional consultants.
Prepare financial reports, management presentations, and financial analyses to support business decisions.
Manage ongoing reporting requirements and coordinate with the Israel Innovation Authority (IIA).
