This position provides comprehensive primary care while working alongside physicians and a multidisciplinary team, with flexible shift and workweek options available.

• Outpatient Primary Care
• Practice At Two Nearby Outpatient Locations In Fitchburg And Leominster
• Flexible 8, 10 Or 12-Hour Shifts
• Choice Of 3, 4 Or 5-Day Workweek Schedules
• Up To 36 Clinical Hours Per Week
• Phone-Only Call Rotation
• No Routine Nights Or Weekends
• Collaborative Physician Support

COMPENSATION
• $110,000-$132,000 Base Salary
• Quarterly Incentive With Up To $20,000 Annual Bonus Opportunity
SCHEDULE
