Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s operations, as well as being in charge of the Food & Beverage department.
You are an industry expert and a recognized leader with the ability to prioritize a complex and hands-on workload
You strive to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests

You will work with Heads of Department to maximize business opportunities and brand reputation, as well as ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing the hotel budget.
As right hand to the General Manager, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel
Qualifications
Your Profile & Skills
Proven experience leading hotel operations teams, with strong problem-solving capabilities and a solid track record as a Director of Food & Beverage in an upscale resort hotel.
Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
An eye for detail
Is a creative problem-solver
Passionate about creating extraordinary service
Fluency in French English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in using IT systems on various platforms
Excellent Power Point and Excel skills
